Julie Pfefer

Julie Pfefer is a native Kansas Citian and holds a Bachelors of Arts from University of Missouri-Kansas City along with a Masters in Business Administration from Baker University. 

 

As an independent agent, she is not tied to one company and because of this, you can be assured that you will always be presented with affordable and quality options from a variety of A rated, well known companies. 

 

She describes customer service coupled with consistency as the “secret sauce” of a successful insurance agency. 

 

Being a consumer herself, Julie has set the bar high and treats her clients the way she wants to be treated. Which means calls, emails, and texts are more than likely answered immediately and traditional 9-5 hours are not necessarily observed.

 

Julie describes her clients as one big extended family, which is why she holds licenses in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, Nebraska, and Minnesota.
